New Client Inquiries

We are happy to be accepting new clients once more, but please be advised that there is a moderate waitlist. It may be 4+ months before we reach your spot on the waitlist and call you. If you have short-notice flexibility, please indicate this on your new client form and we will contact you in case of cancellations. A non-refundable deposit of $127.55 (the cost of a new client comprehensive exam) is required to book an establishing visit. This deposit will go towards the cost of the exam only. If the appointment is canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled date, the deposit may be refunded.

Please fill out the new client registration form on our website, and a staff member will contact you about scheduling an appointment in a few months. Please note, we do not accept Care Credit and all services MUST BE PAID IN FULL at the time they are rendered.

If you are not a current client and your cat is sick or needs to be seen urgently, we encourage you to seek care at any of the emergency or urgent care facilities listed on the Emergencies page of our website.
