We are happy to be accepting new clients once more, but please be advised we are booking 5-6 months out for new client appointments. A non-refundable deposit of $127.55 (the cost of a new client comprehensive exam) is required to book an establishing visit. This deposit will go towards the cost of the exam only. If the appointment is canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled date, the deposit may be refunded.

Please fill out the new client registration form on our website, and a staff member will contact you about scheduling an appointment. Please be advised it may take 2-3 months for us to reach out, depending on where your form is in the line. The waitlist has been steadily sitting at 50-60 people deep. We are being judicious about how many new clients we add because it is very important to us to be able to see sick visits and emergencies for our current clients whenever possible.

If you are not a current client and your cat is sick or needs to be seen urgently, we encourage you to seek care at any of the emergency or urgent care facilities listed on the Emergencies page of our website.
