A non-refundable reservation fee of $135.32 (the cost of a new client comprehensive exam) is required to book an establishing visit. This fee will go towards the cost of the exam only, vaccinations and other services are additional, though every exam includes a complimentary nail trim. If the appointment is canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled date, the fee may be refunded.

If it is open, please fill out the new client registration form on our website to join the waitlist. Please note, we do not accept Care Credit or Trupanion Directpay (we do work with their reimbursement model) and all services MUST BE PAID IN FULL at the time they are rendered. Use a laptop or desktop computer to open and fill out the form, phones often have issues.

If you are not a current client and your cat is sick or needs to be seen urgently, we encourage you to seek care at any of the emergency or urgent care facilities listed on the Emergencies page of our website.
