Preventative Care

The Feline Hospital takes preventative care seriously, as we understand that it is the first step in having a healthy, happy cat. From first examinations for newly adopted family members to annual or semi-annual exams to keep your existing feline friends in tip top shape, the doctor(s) at The Feline Hospital are sure to provide thorough, feline-friendly examinations of your cat from nose to tail to keep you informed about your cat’s health. 

While the quality of care your cat can expect during a preventative care visit is consistent, the services you will be offered may vary and may include: 

  • Wellness exams
  • Vaccinations (to be determined based on your cat and family’s lifestyle)
  • Microchipping (for the new members of your family)
  • Diagnostic testing, including fecal exams, urinalyses, and bloodwork
  • Deworming
  • Flea and Heartworm Prevention
